Chararinchon Satian (Rin) received her B.Sc. (Pharm) from MahidolUniversity in 1992, and her master in business administration from AssumptionUniversity in 1999. Due to her strong intention in motherhood, she decided tostudy another master degree in contemplative education and finished it in 2012.She also gained a PhD in Human Resource and Organization Development. Herdissertation is about cultivating a Humanized Organization Development.  

Chararinchon’sresearch interests focus on: self-inquiry sciences, narrative inquiry, mindfulness, Satir psychotherapy, contemplative psychotherapy, Cultivating HumanizedOrganization Development, Mindfulness-based transformative learning
