HimapanRuktaengam is a lecturer at the CEC. She received a Bachelorsof Business Administration (Hons) from the Prince of Songkla University (1991);a Masters in Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University (1994); an MBA from theUniversity of Kansas (1999); an MA in (English-Thai translation) ChulalongkornUniversity, and a PhD in Buddhist Studies from MahachulalongkornrajvidyalayaUniversity. Following a career in the business sector, Himpan joined the CEC asa lecturer in 2008.
